My birthday celebration this year was a girls dinner at a new restaurant opened in our village, Harveys. The new location close to most of our homes is elegantly spectacular. Thing black velvet, rich golden couches, an old school gentlemen's bar named Harry's and the biggest chandelier you can imagine. Add a delicious menu and some sweet cocktails and you have a perfect birthday venue.
I invited my favourite girlfriends for a dinner and few cocktails and after our tasty 3 course meal, I was surprised with one of my birthday wish list items: a colourful macaroon tower.
A perfect way to end off a perfect evening (and the fact that MC arrived at dinner straight from the airport). Best birthday ever!
