EN - Month 4

Month 4:

Weight: 6,2kgs

Height: 60cm

Clothing size: We are slowly starting to fit into 3-6 months.

Diaper size: Size 2 (but not for much longer)

Feeding: 180mls every 3 hours. We are still on the following routine: 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm and 6pm.

Sleep: Our little sausage is sleeping through from 7pm - 7am. We still have the odd night of one dummy run though. And she sleeps for 40-60 mins between each day feed.

Milestones: She has started to grasp objects when placed in her hands, she sits propped up, she pushes her feet when held in the standing position, she laughs/giggles out loud and she loves her hands in her mouth.

Loves: Her baths in the big bath with her big sister or a shower with Daddy. She just adores her big sister and never takes her eyes off her. She loves the sound of Mommy and Daddy's voices and she loves being tickled or laughed at. Such a happy baba.

Dislikes: Injections - she screamed and screamed, even before the needles were put in! Poor little soul!

Adventures: We have started a Moms & Miracles class each Wednesday morning and Ellie is enjoying spending the few hours with just Mommy and some active play and stimulation. Nice catch up with other moms too.

Mommy and Daddy could not get through the month without: The co-operation of Big Sister SJ. She really is such a star and just adores her baby sister. They already share a special bond, never take their eyes off each other and so gentle and happy together. This makes my heart so warm and fuzzy, and wishing I had had a special sister when I grew up...
