EN - 9 Months

Month 9:

Clothing size: 6 - 12 months

Diaper size: Size 4

Feeding: 6am - cereal and fruit with yoghurt, 9am - bottle and sandwich, 12pm - veg, protein and starch mix and fruit, 3pm - bottle, 6pm - veg mix, cereal and a bottle. We have tried to start finger, solid food but she isn't interested...

Sleep: We are back on track with sleeping - two good naps during the day from 9.30am - 12pm and 3.30pm - 5pm. She goes down at night at 7pm and wakes between 5.30/6.30am.

Milestones: She has started crawling!! And now there is no stopping her. She is adamant she wants to stand but she is still wobbly when unsupported. She is trying to climb up on to everything. She has started a few sounds too (dada, nana, mama and baba) - just like her sister did!

Loves: Her family - it is so sweet to see her face light up, loves music and moving to the sounds, clapping, bath time and splashing, her dummy and her bunny.

Dislikes: She hasn't been a fan of the pool lately or sitting in her high chair for too long. 

Adventures: Unfortunately, our little tots only adventures have been to the doctor. Ellie has been sick all year with the flu, tonsillitis and now a chest infection. We have now had blood tests as no antibiotics are responding - post to follow. We started Moms & Miracles again this year but have only been to two classes before she got sick.

Mommy & Daddy could not live without: Ellie's content nature. She really is so calm and relaxed - nothing seems to bother her. This has been a blessing these past few weeks with her being sick as she has been very tolerant of her constant cough and sore throat as well as doctors prodding and poking her and the endless supply of medication we force into her. Thank you for being so willing and so patient our little angel.
